Dr. Virginia Hoskins grew up on a small dairy farm in Lewis County.  She earned an AAS in Veterinary Technology at SUNY Canton.  She then attended Cornell University as an undergraduate and received a BS in Animal Science. She went on to receive a DVM from Cornell College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Hoskins has been working for North Country Veterinary Services since she graduated in 1995.  Dr. Hoskins is NCVS's Managing DVM and Medical Director.

She enjoys all aspects of veterinary practice and continues to work as a mixed animal veterinarian attending to both small animals and livestock.
